In my research on Stem Cells, I discovered that, despite the evidence that Stem Cells and procedures based on this research could change lives, the US government only spends 1.5 billion on Stem Cell research. This seems like a lot until you consider that the US budget is 3.8 trillion. Even considering the amount used on Health Care, 147 billion dollars, the amount spent on Stem Cell research seems paltry. I want the amount spent on Stem Cell research, which can affect many other aspects of health care research, to increase so that those who suffer from many injuries from Arthritis to Paralysis can stop suffering!
