Increase incentive for tax payers to work and not buy into welfare system.

Increase Incenstive for the American Tax Payers by reducing handouts. Increase regulation limiting welfare recipients, tax exemptions, government support systems, and the growing "entitlement" population. Stop making hard working American's pay for the lifestyle of those that don't wish to work, and thus reducing the incentive to work, and increasing the incentive to join the "entitlement" population and receive free handouts from the government pushing the economy into an inevitable crisis. For the paying side, it sure feels like taxation without representation, and we don't want to go down that road again.
