Increase Iraq's oil output with agreements for profit sharing to pay for the war

Iraq is struggling to increase its oil output and will continue to do so for many years. The US should help to increase the oil output to rival any other country. This would create jobs for iraqis and americans, lower the price of oil, and increase revenue. We should do this only with the guarantee that the iraqi government will share its profits to pay for US reonstruction of the oil infrastructure as well as small quarterly payments to help offset the cost of the iraq war. The payments should not be to large as too not benefit the iraqi government. Increasing the output would give the Iraqis more money, provide better oil supply and prices to the US and help pay the massive debt that the US has accumilated from the war. Not many Americans care about a free Iraq so get something out of it
