I'm a recent graduate who is applying for jobs and I've lost track with how many companies I've applied with. I've noticed a problem with the job hiring system that needs to addressed and solved.
Companies need to send out a mass email that lets the applicants know that they did not make it to the interview stage so that they can continue to apply in a much more productive manner with other companies. I believe that this will help to influence and contribute to a lowering of unemployment.
