Increase law enforcement and combat violant crime

I suggest we quite tying to cripple our ability to protect our selfs with more safeguards that only offer fales security. And make it a option or mandatory that every CCW or CPL (concealed weapon license holders) a volunteer law enforcement officer. With the same training as police have now. That will increase the number of police we have by a lot, same thing we do with firefighter, what we seem to have a lack police being that we have so much violent crime. Most CCW/CPL holders are doing this for protection of them selfs I think this should be expanded to protections of all citizens. We have tried bans and limits on firearms and most don't work or are illegal based on the second amendment these only make the root problem increase, root problem being criminals.
