I highly advise that the United States increases its manufacturing output from factories based within the United States and to cut taxes to those companies also based within the United States as an incentive to remain manufacturing their products on American soil.
Outsourcing has become common place due to tax hikes and high minimum wages. If the American government cuts taxes to American based companies, and offer other incentives to them they will be less than likely to continue outsourcing their products to foreign countries. There was once a time when American ingenuity was marveled by many to the point that they would do anything to get their hands on it, and Americans were proud to own those items manufactured in their own county.
