All the gun control on earth won't stop sick people from finding a way to kill people. Ask any mother in Newtown how much they would pay to get their kids back. These people are sick. Just like they had the flu or cancer. They can be helped. It's called mental health programs. So much more cost effective than gun control and prison. I call on DHHS to increase funding for local mental health programs.
