Increase Military Service Members pay as well as increase screening for potential members.

The work and sacrifice of military members is more than enough. Some join for an easy out and some join for a purpose. If the screening of potential members is increased, the quality and output of potential members will also be increased. It is not a draft and potential members have the choice to join and should be well informed of the duties and sacrifice before hand in order to include prime candidates. The pay should also be increased because they are doing certain tasks others are afraid of or choose not to do. There is much more of an aftermath and a certain way of living is necessary after having such a self-less career. Any way of making it easier will make a bigger, more compliant and hard-working military for our country.
