Increase Minnesota funding for early childhood education to ensure equality for all families.

Created by C.D. on May 20, 2013

The U.S. government is not doing enough to support education. Due to increasing achievement gaps and falling U.S. education rankings, more early childhood education is needed. The benefits of entering children into a pre-school setting would create lasting impacts. No only do these children have more success in later school years, but they also are shown to have higher average monthly incomes in adulthood when compared to non pre-school children. Current funding of programs is not doing enough to create an equal and stable early education system. An increase in funding is necessary for the government to implement.
