Increase the NASA budget.

NASA's budget must increase for scientific research and global growth. NASA's budget to operate for 50 years had been approximately 800-900 billion dollars, while the U.S. military's spending for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars (as of 2011), had reached a high point of approximately 3.7 trillion dollars. That's of 2011, and it has been increasing since. NASA is able to operate and send a rover to Mars on its little (in comparison to general U.S. budgets for bank bailouts, military, etc.) budget. In fact, the 2013 NASA budget has dropped by almost 4% since 2012. Imagine what NASA could do if its budget was at its requested level of about 5 billion U.S. dollars, imagine if more. NASA is responsible for much of today's modern technology that is often depended on. NASA and the world needs this.
