Increase NASA funding to $45 Billion a year.

Through writing a persuasive Essay for a college course, I have concluded that America has stopped reaching for the stars, and I have been Inspired by an Article by Neil Degrasse Tyson to increase NASA funding to $45 Billion a year. America needs to return to an age of an inspired and science minded youth, that will over a long term, provide America with prosperity through a more educated workforce.
