Increase Nasa funding to allow more tests of the Orion spacecraft before 2018.

We students of Harrison High School petition for an increase of funding to the Orion space program. We believe that if funding is increased that making it to Mars will be viable by 2020. If Nasa is given even 5% of the defense budget they could run more trials and work more efficiently, thus propelling the space program forward into a new era of exploration and scientific discovers that accompanied the Apollo missions.
