We the People of the United States ask the government to increase the funding for NASA for the advancement of space exploration and in the name of science. Ever since the successful and inspirational US landing on the moon, the government has slowly over the years lost interest in space exploration, which in turn has led to a decrease in budget. It seems as if the people of this country are uninformed and think that space is infinite nothingness.
At one point in history, the United States of America was the leader in technology, however I fear we are falling behind. It is important that citizens understand that there is more than just Earth.
We, if not, I ask that we focus on the future so that we may once again explore the deep vastness of "Space, the final frontier".
