Increase NASA's budget from 0.5% to 1.0%. This will be done by taking money from the International Affairs Budget

We need to increase NASA's budget from 0.5% of the national budget to 1.0% ($18 Billion to $36 Billion). This will be done by relocating money from the International Affairs budget which is roughly $50 Billion. It is my strong belief that we as a country should not be the world police and interfere with other countries. There will be no increase in taxes of any form just a relocation of money that is already there. We are about to enter a new space race to the moon and beyond and I believe we as a country should be the first ones to lead the way of space exploration.
