As Neil Degrasse Tyson, and countless other scientists, engineers, and dreamers, have frequently demanded, congress needs to double NASA's budget to a full penny on the dollar. It's the one government agency that inspires young children to dream. Dreams are the engine that drives innovation in technology. It's important not only for the economy, but for the good of humanity, that we move forward on the quest to understand the cosmos.
