I would like to address on behalf of NASA an increase to its current budget. As we know between the 1960's, America ventured to set foot on the moon. During these events NASA"s budget scaled to a amazing estimate of 4.41% of the Federal Budget ($32,106,000 in today's economy); this is what it took us to be able to reach the Moon.
Now NASA wants to venture even further into the Stars to perform a manned Mars mission, Asteroid Mining, etc... But how are we to do this when the the estimated 2012 budget was 0.48% of Fed's budget (16,014,000); it is expected it should be higher this year but it isn't enough.
Don't you want you want to witness the first Manned Mars mission? To be there when NASA discovers and confirms a 100% habitable planet? We need NASA to be supported!
