The US government should pull together a greatly increased budget for NASA so that the agency can fulfill their potential.
If NASA's budget is increased then they could spend more on researching technologies to further mankinds ability to venture into space and even more important, survive.
This planet will not be here forever and we are running it down little by little. We can solve this problem by finding ways to colonize space.
Along with surviving, venturing into space can create a plethora of jobs and we could find an unimaginable amount of resources to use to further our voyages both on and off our beautiful Earth.
This would also inspire the youth of the country to think out of the box, and that might cause them to aim high and get a quality education to accomplish their goals.
