NASA can do so much if we just fund it. We accomplished so much when we did the space race and now no one cares about science. So the proposition is to take some of the Money away from the military because it is already strong enough and put that money into NASA so we can protect ourselves from above earth and in space and become even stronger. We could do so many great things if we take science even more seriously than the military.
