Currently with the funding going to NASA, plans are for further exploration into space are being pushed farther and farther back.
This is due to the low amount of funding that goes to NASA, which is half of every one penny on the tax dollar. I propose and I hope many other agree with me, that we raise the funding for NASA from a half cent, to one full penny.
Doubling the budget would open up a world of opportunities for NASA and help humanity get back to the moon and go to mars sooner. It would us explore, research, and develop new technologies and gather more knowledge for the world as a whole.
This is something that should of been done very long ago, and all for the price of one penny, from each tax dollar.
