To demonstrate President Obama supports revamping our criminal justice system, instituting prison reform, and saving the American taxpayer the cost of keeping non-violent first offenders incarcerated serving excessive sentences, we the people request:
President Obama grant pardons to all those Federal prisoners who have filed pardon petitions and qualify as non-violent first offenders.
Federal inmates deserve an opportunity to qualify for early release via the pardon petition and based on good behavior, achievements, and rehabilitation.
