The undersigned contend that the number of endorsements required to warrant a response from President Obama, any president thereafter, and any agent there of should be increased to 100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion). Such an increase is viewed as necessary because the Executive Branch and it's agents have better things to do with their time instead of writing responses to the uneducated citizens that think they have a constitutional right to peacefully secede.
I, and the undersigned, would direct the people's attention to Texas v. White- Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase, in his majority opinion, held that the Constitution "in all its provisions, looks to an indestructible Union, composed of indestructible States."
