Increase the Peace Corps budget.

Created by J.S. on October 24, 2012

Peace Corps’ FY 2013 budget requested $374.5 million.
2010 Department of Defense's budget was $680 billion.
There's no reason that war should be funded more then peace. By increasing the budget on the Peace Corps we will see an increase of peaceful innovations around the world. By funding war we should expect war, by funding peace we should expect peace. This will increase our visibility too foreign nations that we are striving for a peaceful society, which will coerce others to change their perceptions on violent idealism.
