In Washington State, HB 1151 states that offenders convicted of vehicular homicide due to alcohol or drugs to pay child support for the victims' minor children(s). We are starting this petition because we want stricter consequences for road safety. This has affected us because we had relatives that were severely injured by an intoxicated driver. We want this to be a national law.
