Increase the penalty/sentencing for all animal abuse cases.

Many people have a soft spot for animals, myself included. It is an injustice and atrocity that many animals are abused and neglected. I feel the that sentencing for animal abuse cases are far to minimal. I believe that all animals have the right to be treated equally and violators of the law should be dealt with an iron fist. Its an outrage that animals get abused and mistreated everyday, yet the violators get a slap on the wrist. People who kill animals should be tried to the full extent of the law. The World is damaged enough. Why add to It? Animals have just as much right to live as we do. Murder charges should be extended to humans and animals.
