Saeed Abedini is an American and Iranian Christian pastor who has been imprisonned for his faith under violent conditions in Iran since 2012. Demands made to release him have so far been unheeded and he has been sentenced to 8 years in prison. His incarceration, as well as the severe beatings he continues to be subjected to, are an outrageous violation of his human rights. We demand that the Obama administration increase pressure on the Iranian government by any means necessary to have Saeed released and returned to his family.
