We all keep private things online. There are almost 120 million people that are everyday internet users. We should be trusted to keep our online browsing appropriate. However we should keep tabs on felons, or other previously punished criminals. Everyday U.S. citizens shouldn't have to worry about being arrested for something that may not have been us. Online privacy is a necessity at this time.
