The person that committed the recent tragedy did not buy nor own the guns used, they were purchased by someone else that was cleared to buy them.
Laws should be passed that:
1 – Gun owners must not allow that gun to be used by any other person or persons.
2 – Gun owners must make provisions to have that gun thoroughly secured with an approved security container or security device when not in their personal possession.
3 – Gun owners must read, understand, and agree to by signing, a clear set of instructions and requirements in regard to securing possession of the gun purchased, and understanding that any crime committed by use of that gun will include the owner of that gun in any criminal charges arising out of that crime.
