Increase questioning to those who apply for a gun license

I believe the NRA should have a more interrogating application for their membership process. As of right now anyone can apply for a gun license. Although the NRA promotes, and teaches safe shooting, I believe that it doesn't hurt to ensure that all gun owners are qualified. If a gun gets into the wrong hands it can be extremely dangerous. That being said, the NRA should have a stricter and deeper process for the application for a gun license. I believe that more questions need to be asked that are specific and analytical.
