Increase the rate of pay for active duty soldiers. to no less then the top rate of a major city police department

We believe that active duty service personnel should receive payment commensurate to the job they perform. An active duty service person should receive no less than what their private or public sector counterpart would be paid for the same service. No soldier should be paid less than what a entry level Law Enforcement officer would be paid in any large city.
