Then disabled could build contingency savings. tell SSI to put property taxes on the list of resources that don't count against you . Then disabled who are allowed to own theirs home won't be penalized for paying house taxes. Thereby keeping the home and not being made homeless.a non disabled citizen does not get penalized for trying to build a contingency fund or for paying home taxes so as to avoid homelessness. Only disabled are treated this way. It is unjust it is discriminatin. It needs to change
