Increase school funding and teacher pay, and to increase teaching qualification standards, and reduce military spending.

Created by C.R. on March 23, 2014

We find that we can increase education standards incrementally, generally increasing our education ranking within the world. To achieve this we propose to increase teacher pay adding incentive to perform well, to increase funding into schools increasing facility quality. Possible ways to divert funding into education is reduce military spending, and military size to be replaced with the best and brightest tacticians to win wars quickly, and decisively with little to no casualties on both sides going through diplomacy or short skirmishes. Through the cut of military spending, qualification for grants can be abolished with a constant cash-flow into schools without causing stressed and overflowing schools with the funding necessary to hire teaching staff and to build new facilities.
