Currently, on sites such as E-Bay or Amazon, businessmen from China and other countries are offering low quality and even defective goods for sale in the US. The marketplaces are unable to keep track of these scammers. We, the people, need legislation that will protect us from defective foreign goods.

These inferior products cost too much to return, leaving the consumer to foot the bill. Stop this!
