Hundred of thousands of people get pulled over everyday for speeding. From personal experience I can say its by moving with the flow of traffic which doesn't seem like a problem to me. People drive at a speed where they are comfortable driving at: a minimal amount do it for the thrill for speeding. By having a low speed limit, it causes aggressive drivers which leads to road rage and other such affects. By having a set speed limit of 75 mph it will decrease the amount of all of that and will keep drivers going the legal speed limit and less road rage. Speed is not a killer for drivers, DUI is.
