Increase Spending and Taxes to Create Jobs

Created by M.H. on July 22, 2012

The rich do not spend all of their income, this is why they are rich of course. Statistically, no matter whether some people with high incomes manage to spend all of their money, most people with high incomes do not and this causes money to stop circulating in the economy where it creates jobs.

56% of people are aware, or willing to admit, that higher spending can create jobs when taxes remove money to avoid harmful inflation. There are many ways for spending to create jobs, with one of the easiest being to give money to state and local governments.

This will lead to higher GDP as it encourages everyone to work full-time.

The alternative that creates jobs without higher spending and taxes is described in this petition: http://wh.gov/cVNr
