We the people, believe that the amount of national debt of $19 Trillion should be reduce to prevent financial and economical destabilization if another recession strikes again, since our economy is growing again. At the very least let us pay off the foreign debts to other countries we have borrowed from, such as China, Japan, Russia, to reduce our external debts.
