Living in America today, the choice of what women can and can not do with their own bodies should be up to the women themselves. Increasing spending in the category of women's health, would create a safe, easy way for women to make decisions based on what is best for them. Not what insurance will cover or what they can afford. We need to create an America in which all people really are free to make their own choices.
