There seems to be a growing issue of child neglect that extends into the area of child support advocacy. For whatever reason, some children's rights to child support are never advocated for; or the guilty parent, simply, never is brought to justice on the matter.
The matter falls into the hands of the pro-creators who may not have the best interests in mind for the being they've procreated - for whatever reason. This petition is to empower former children, now adults, that were legally and financially neglected in this way, in order to bring their pro-creators to justice, per individual state guidelines, regarding their lawful and financial duty to those they've procreated.
