Increase support and military aid to secular and moderate groups fighting against the "Islamic State"

That due to the violence and instability of the Middle East, and indeed most of the Islamic world, a new state has been formed in Syria and Iraq, calling itself the "Islamic State", headed by a "Caliph" and was formed by the forces of ISIS, a extremist group that grew off from Al Qaeda and other militant and extremist groups in the region. This group, following it's extreme view of Islam and sectarianism, has killed thousands of innocent civilians,it engages in open warfare with the governments and groups of Syria and Iraq, It harms stability, peace, economic prosperity, and tolerance in these regions and will target other nations, Muslim or not. Thus it should be imperative to give aid to anti-IS groups and governments; and military support, not troops, but air-power, info, and training.
