USA from outer-laying countries, many companies will have no choice but to bring their companies back to America, which is also the biggest consumer country in the world. If the cost of living is lower than the taxes it would cost the companies to create the goods in other countries and have them shipped to America for sales, companies would have no choice but to bring their company back to America, where jobs will be created and distributed among the people.
