Criminals convicted of Federal Crimes knowingly act to harm others. They should be required by law to pay restitution to the Federal Government for causing increased burden on public safety and the court systems.
They should NOT be allowed to take advantage of public support systems like Disability, Welfare, Food Stamps, or any other public program UNLESS they taxably work and declare income.
All troubled youth and criminals should be required to receive extensive training in Common Sense.
