To increase teachers pay to a minimum of 55K, make recess mandatory, and eliminate standardized testing.

To increase public school teachers minimum salary to 55K a year ( more for inner city and rural areas).
Mandate an hour of recess for grades preK-10.
Eliminate standardize testing and replace with performance testing and written quarterly observations from the teacher.
