Increase the number of days federal employees and contractors work from home (telework). Instead of purchasing or renting buildings all year long, rent a space for meetings once or twice a week (Wed/Thurs for example). Have employees and contractors telework the other days of the week utilizing video chat, IM, and VPN access. This will reduce the overall budget for organizations. This also has the added benefit of security since employees and contractors will not be in one single location.
