Increase transparency in the federal government

Implement a system to increase transparency within the federal government. This should include phone tapping and public archiving of all phone calls made between federal politicians and public release of all security camera videos from federal buildings. By implementing policy such as this we will not only increase transparency, but decrease secrecy and deception within the federal government. We pay for them to make laws and do the right thing. This will help ensure they aren't taking advantage of that.
