Increase the Unemployment Benefits in Puerto Rico

For the last 40 years, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico has been providing unemployment benefits in the amo una of $133.00 a week. This does not cover the basic necessities of a single individual much less that of a four member household. This petition is to increase unemployment benefits to equal those paid in a US State of equal population or COST OF LIVING. At present we are the US Territory with the lowest benefit in the nation.
