Create a separate quota for STEM college graduates to be issued H1b visas for FY2015.
10,000 H1b visas to be allocated to PhD, MD, OD and other highly educated scientific professionals. Then 20,000 for STEM Masters Degrees, and 30,000 for STEM based BS degrees.
Most college educated foreign nationals continue to bring in investment and create jobs and wealth to their communities in the USA. Focus on increasing and allowing legal immigration to continue.
