Increase a wage rate and working condition

I think America is one of the best country when speaking about freedom and life quality, that's one of many reasons there are many immigrants come to the US. Yet there's company such as QPSI even exist. That's the worst company ever. Most of the employees there are immigrant, and they are illiterate in English as it's not their primary language. I know lots of people there who work for more than 7 years and yet there's salary still is $7/hour. Not to mention the working condition, they won't allow people to wear hats to work in the cold area, yet they won't turn on the heat. They discriminate against old people and immigrants, especially the young leaders they just hired, all they care is to make products and won't even allow the line workers to go to the restroom or take a drink.
