Increased Funding For Political Science Education

We the people, of the United States of America, do hereby petition the Executive Branch of this great nation, to support and foster increased funding of and continued support of political science classes at the primary and secondary levels of education, that our citizenry should be more informed and literate about such topics as secession, taxes, voting, how to read legislation, separation of church and state, federal budgets, the function of the Supreme Court, Congress and the Executive Branch as well as other macro and micro governmental and political realities. We, the signers of this petition, feel strongly that an educated electorate is a voting electorate and can only serve to strengthen our society.
