Provide an opportunity to youth of diverse religious, racial, social, and national backgrounds to learn the principles and techniques of citizenship in a liberal democracy through lived experience during summer experiences. The methodology is to allow participants to establish their own camp government and be guided toward social political activism, a sense of civic responsibility, and voluntarism in an environment that is supported by tolerance and diversity.
