In an effort to cut back on government spending, here is a proposal to reign in the spending of taxpayer money on government entitlement programs.
I. The first tenet:
Every two years the qualification criteria would be lowered by 5% until the entire country is at or below 20% of the population receiving any form of welfare.
The other side of the coin is having all soon-to-be former welfare recipients acquire a skill or trade.
II. The second tenet:
If a recipient of welfare has one child during or before or after application for and receipt of welfare, they would receive a certain amount for the upbringing of the child. If the recipient has 2 or more children during or before application for or receipt of welfare the recipient would receive the same as for one child.
