Indecent Exposure Charges For Baggy Pants That Show Underwear

Created by B.D. on May 03, 2016

I believe that the current leniency on the baggy pants issue is too lenient. I should not have to subject myself or my family and my one year old daughter to having to be at the edge of watching a pornographic film because someone wants to walk around with their underwear or even their butt showing. It should be made a crime for indecent exposure to knowingly walk around in public with pants so low we can see your underwear. If a person can be given indecent exposure for taking a leak in the woods on the side of a highway, then the same should be followed for those who willingly show their rear in public in front of women and children.
